An alliance of independent investigative journalists

Independent journalists, working as one to expose the truth.

The Justice League is a coalition of independent investigative journalists who join forces on high-impact stories — coordinating research, reporting, and reach to hold the powerful accountable.

Our Mission

Force multipliers for the truth.

The Justice League is a coalition of independent investigative journalists working collectively to expose and fight corruption, fraud, and injustice at the highest levels.

Alone, an independent reporter can be outspent, outlasted, and drowned out. Together, we are a force multiplier. When the League takes on a story, members investigate independently and then swarm the topic with deep, broad, coordinated reporting — making the truth impossible to ignore.

We stand behind our members through the hardest moments of the work, sharing legal, security, and field resources so that no journalist has to stand alone in the pursuit of the truth.

Trust first

Trust is everything. We defend our members and protect our sources, always.

Mission first

Missionaries, not mercenaries. The story and the public interest come before any one of us.

Top-tier craft

We must be right, and right a lot. Our bias bends toward the truth and the facts come first.

Bravery

Fearless in pursuit of the truth — with professionalism and respect for the innocent and the accused.

Who We Are

The people behind the swarm.

The Justice League is made up of independent journalists across the country, each bringing their own audience, beat, and expertise to every swarm.
